A HUGE WELCOME

Welcome to your anxiety and stress support program. Take some time to familiarise yourself with what is in this program for you so you can get the most out of it. I appreciate not everyone favours doing things online so you can find all your printables at the bottom of this page to download and explore in your own time.

But, I’d strongly suggest looking around here too as I’ve designed it to flow so you gain understanding and learn techniques and a structured method in bite-size chunks and it follows a step by step pathway for you that can’t be achieved as well in handouts. You’ll also find additional help through quick audios and videos where I introduce to what we are covering and show you how to do things to support the printables.

NB: This program is in ‘beta’ and is still being added to at the moment, so anything you can’t find as yet, pop back soon and it will be added! Thanks for your patience whilst I compile this resource for you.
