It has provided a structure and a foundation on how to assist others and yourself in whatever state you might be in, as you said we can all waiver or have difficult times where we doubt ourselves or even others when we are let down. It is a technique that can be used in all situations and at any time you don't have to go anywhere just right where you are and soothe and use the practice. I would say that people should definitely look into this practice as I do think this will be something that will grow and become something that we can even teach children to do to soothe themselves and give people a coping device to deal with whatever life throws at them!

I’ve tried loads of things before — will this actually work for me?
You’re in good company. A lot of people who find this course have already been through the therapy and self-help grindstone. Talking therapy, CBT, mindset tools, EMDR, even trying Havening (via online or in seminar demonstrations) — but without clear guidance and knowing how to tailor it to you, the effects aren’t the same, if any at all!

No. This is purposefully not using Havening for Trauma. It’s amazing at helping with it, but not in self-directed study without a qualified hand to guide YOU and keep you safe at all costs!
This course is for daily stress, anxiety, emotional build-up, and nervous system regulation… AND to then prime you (and your brain!) to better quality thinking, hope, possibility and creativity… and everything that leads to. There’s no need (or expectation) to rehash your story or process anything heavy (that’s where I do ABSOLUTELY advocate for a qualified Practitioner to help you through it). You won’t be told to “sit with your feelings” or relive anything traumatic — this is about forward-focused emotional freedom.

How long does it take to work?

How long is the course?
You get bite sized modules sent to you over the course of 10 days so you have time to use what you discover between modules.
